Are rates seasonal?
Yes! Click here to view our seasonal rate chart for all accommodations and car rentals. Incidentally all rates are negotiable.

Would rates differ for single occupancy?
No. All units are two or three bedrooms accommodating between four to eight people. We do not offer a separate rate for single occupancy.

Are utilities and all taxes included in rates?
The rates quoted do not include all government taxes and utility surcharges. Additional charges are for telephone calls made outside the Bahamas.

How and where do I check in and obtain keys for my facility?
It is our custom to collect our guest(s) upon arrival from the port of entry and escort them to our local office, where final payment is made and the keys are usually handed over after we escort them to their rental facility.

Can I exchange properties?
We are willing to exchange properties depending on availability.

LOCATION AND AMENITIES

What other amenities are available to me?
Bahamian maids, cooks and babysitting services are available upon request under a separate charge.

What forms of public transportation are available?
You can choose from public buses to taxi cabs (water taxis available from Paradise Island to New Providence). In addition you may choose to rent a motorcycle or car to commute around the island. Where can I find activities to do during my stay?
There is a wide range of activities that you can participate in during your stay from snorkeling and diving, to dancing to the Junkanoo beat.
