Q - How old do I have to be to rent a car from Orange Creek Rentals?

A - You must be twenty-five years or older.

Q - Is there a minimum rental period?

A - Yes, we rent for a minimum period of three days.

Q - What are your payment options?

A - We accept major credit cards, traveler’s checks or cash.  If you choose to pay in cash

       then you must pay a security deposit of $250.00.

Q - Where do I collect the vehicle?

A - You may collect the vehicle from the head office or arrangements can be made for

       the vehicle to be collected from a destination of your choosing providing facilities are

       available to accommodate your request.

Q - How can I ensure that I receive the best rate available?

A - We advise that you reserve a vehicle in advance as rates are seasonal.

Q - What happens if the car is involved in an accident or stolen?

A - Insurance coverage:  The insurance on the hire car covers the automobile against loss

      or damage due to accidental means, collision, upset or overturning, self-ignition

      (fire), theft or automobile and malicious damage PROVIDING THE HIRER

      PURCHASES THE ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER AND PAYS

      THE APPROPRIATE FEE WITH A $500.00 OR $1,000.00 DEDUCTIBLE

      RESPECTIVELY.

Q - What other additional charges might I be faced with apart from the rental fee?

A - The only other addition charge would be insurance. 

Q - Do you provide car seats?

A - Car seats can be provided based on availability.

Q - Is AAA or foreign auto insurance coverage accepted by your Company?

A - No.

Q - What kind of mileage do you offer unlimited or capped rate?

A - We do not charge for mileage.

Q - Are there any safety concerns that I should consider?

A - The only consideration would be that we drive on the left hand side of the street.
